Auction Property. Short Sale. This home is in need of major repairs. Water damage and mold in upstairs of house due to failed roof. Both AC units need to be renewed/replaced. House needs completely new flooring throughout. Minor fixes include toilets, sinks, bathrooms, walls, etc. Most of the water damage is on the upstairs and on the first floor its in the kitchen ceiling and master bedroom closet.
